Party Reservations

Barranca Mesa Pool Party Guidelines

  • Parties must be arranged at least 7 days in advance by a BMPA member (includes the request and payment).

  • All party attendees must follow BMPA rules as well as sign waivers before entering the pool deck area. (One adult can sign for all members of their family.)

  • A cleaning deposit of $50 is required for all reservations and will be returned via mail if cleaning guidelines are followed.

  • Safety is critical and the guard-to-swimmer ratio must be observed, so party members will be counted.

  • Party space for up to 40 attendees may be reserved during normal operating hours which entitles the member/party organizer to use one of the covered areas (the baby-pool area or the diving board area). Other members are still allowed to swim in these areas, but the party group will have exclusive use of the picnic tables.

  • Food and Clean-Up: Party organizers may arrange to bring in food, non-alcoholic drinks, cakes and other treats (no glass containers allowed). However, the area must be completely clean before you depart in order for your cleaning deposit to be returned. This is strictly enforced.
