Assessments for the 2017 season will be $430.00. The increase is due to long term capital improvements and increased operating costs. Refer to the Fall 2015 Newsletter for a detailed listing of Long-Term Capital Improvements. It is available here on our Newsletters page.
If the entire assessment is paid on or prior to (or postmarked by) March 1, 2017, a $21 discount will be applied and the assessment will be $409.00. Assessments paid after March 1, 2017 and prior on or to May 1, 2017 will be $430.00. After May 1, 2017, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed making the total assessment $455.00.
A payment plan of 4 payments of $107.50 can be paid on or by the 1st of each month. Thus, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, and May 1st. If you wish to pay 4 payments, we will extend the February payment of $107.50 to February 15, 2017.
If you plan to pay your assessment early or use the payment plan, please fill out a 2017 Patron Form and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk.
